Building maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds staff are stewards of the University’s physical campus, providing the following services to keep daily campus operations running smoothly and efficiently:
- Facility maintenance, repair, and alteration (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, welding, fabrication, locksmithing, and painting)
- Delivery and/or set-up for events
- Maintenance of the campus motor pool
- Building housekeeping
