Falcon Bound Commitment. Students who applied for Washington state’s College Bound program while in middle school may be eligible for this, and have up to 90 percent of their °µÍøTV tuition covered over four years. (Funded through federal, state, and °µÍøTV grant and scholarship aid. Does not cover the costs of Room and Board. Falcon Bound Commitment covers a maximum of 18 credits per quarter).
